Effortless Privacy and Light Control for Wide Windows
The Focus Blockout Blind offers exceptional light exclusion and durability, perfect for linked roller blinds on wide windows and sliding doors. Made from 100% polyester with a pigmented acrylic coating, it provides a smooth finish and effective room darkening for both residential and commercial spaces. Available in widths of 3200mm, 2200mm, 127mm, and 89mm, it is ideal for roller blind applications. With a weight of 380gsm and a thickness of 0.40mm, it ensures a balance of flexibility and durability. Tested to AS 2663 1999 standards for blockout performance and featuring a light fastness rating of 7 or higher on the Blue Wool Scale, the Focus blind maintains its color over time. It meets the Building Code of Australia for flame retardancy in class 2 to 9 buildings and is odour-free and hygiene-friendly. The linked roller blind design allows for smooth operation, with options for wand or motorised control, and a coordinated fabric range enhances its contemporary look. This system provides excellent light control, UV protection, privacy, and compatibility with blockout, sunscreen, or light-filtering fabrics. Easy to maintain with a vacuum or soft cloth, it is a practical, low-maintenance window treatment solution, offering thermal efficiency and a minimalist design for homeowners, designers, and specifiers.
Product FAQs
View all FAQsAbsolutely! Linked roller blinds are perfect for extra-large windows and bi-fold doors, allowing you to control up to three blinds with a single motor. Check out our guide on how to measure bi-fold doors for the best fit.
Follow our Linked Roller Blind how to measure guide to gain accurate measurements for your space.
The easiest fix for blinds that don't line up is to roll them all the way down then back up again. Once you've done this your blinds should be lined up.
Do you have different fabrics for your linked blinds? Sometimes your blinds can get slightly out of alignment due to the different thicknesses of your fabrics.
To fix this roll your blinds all the way down until you see the bare, aluminium tubes. Grab some masking tape and add a strip of tape the whole way across the metal tube of the slower blind(s). This increases the thickness of the slow blind(s) to match the thickness of the quicker blind(s). Roll all your blinds up again and check if your blinds are lined up.
