FAQs

Why can't I see any available spots? We open session bookings 2 to 4 weeks in advance - during busy periods, spots fill quickly, so check back closer to the time.

What if I need support outside of available hours? For quick answers, submit an enquiry via our sales enquiry form and the team will get back to you. Our AI assistant is always available and may be able to help answer your question.

What if I can't make my session? You can cancel or reschedule directly from your confirmation email. If you need further assistance contact us at customercare@diyblinds.com.au so we can make the spot available for someone else.

What should I bring to the call? Anything that helps us understand your space - house plans, inspiration images, paint colours or photos of the room all give our team a head start. We also recommend ordering free samples before your session so you can see the fabrics and finishes in your home.

Is a design session right for me? We recommend design sessions for full homes and complex orders where extra guidance is needed. For smaller questions or quick quotes, our sales enquiry form is the fastest and easiest way to get support.

How long is a design session? Sessions run for 30 minutes. We recommend having your window measurements handy if you have them, but it's not essential.

Is it really free? Yes, completely free with no obligation to order.

What happens after my session? Each session is tailored to your needs, so next steps will vary. Your consultant will walk you through what's recommended - this could range from organising samples to putting together a personalised quote for you to review in your own time.
