Grey Sand

The Jilliby Flax Sheer Curtain is ideal for S-fold or wave-style systems, offering excellent drape quality, consistent wave formation, and smooth movement along track-mounted or ceiling-fixed systems. Elegant Textural Sheer for Modern Spaces

The Jilliby Grey Sand Sheer Curtain is expertly crafted for S-fold applications, offering wave consistency and a fluid drape that enhances the elegance of expansive architectural windows. Its continuous fabric design ensures uninterrupted, floor-to-ceiling coverage, while the ripple fold and flowing pleats create a soft movement along ceiling-mounted or track systems. This self-weighted panel is ideal for achieving a seamless, stackable look, making it a refined choice for both residential and commercial spaces. Constructed from high-quality, textured sheer fabric, the curtain provides visual softness and practical light diffusion, maintaining privacy while allowing natural daylight to filter through. Available in four neutral colourways, it complements modern interior palettes with both warm and cool tones. The fabric is FR tested and compliant with fire safety regulations, suitable for commercial settings like offices and hospitality venues. Additionally, the Jilliby Grey Sand Sheer Curtain is compatible with other styles, such as double pinch pleat, triple pinch pleat, and pencil pleat, offering tailored folds, pleat definition, and gathered headings for use on traditional track or pole-mounted systems.

Product FAQs

Blockout curtains typically block out more heat than blinds when curtains are installed into pelmets or dropped ceilings, and curtain drapes are installed past the window opening on all four sides. This prevents heat from entering the room and cool air from escaping out the window because curtains can cover a larger surface area, not just the window opening.

S-fold curtains offer a modern and elegant look, with a smooth gliding operation and an even fabric fall that provides a clean and structured appearance.

You can absolutely layer sheer curtains with blockout curtains or other options. Depending on your windows and requirements you can choose:

Double curtains
Blockout roller blinds or other blinds behind sheer curtains
Plantation shutters behind sheer curtain

During the day, sheer curtains allow you to see outside while also blocking people outside from looking in.

This is because with sheer curtains you can only see from the darker side into the brighter side. This does mean that if it’s night time and the lights are on inside then it’s possible to see inside, so if your curtains are in a room that faces onto a street or public areas, we recommend pairing with a blockout roller blind or a luxurious double curtain which pairs a sheer curtain and blockout curtain.

All our curtains can make the room look bigger. Floor-to-ceiling curtains create a sense of scale, with long lines from the folds in the material drawing the eye yup. This is especially noticeable with curtains that have an S Fold as the fabric maintains a straight line all the way from floor to track. Sheer curtains are especially good at creating the illusion of more space because they allow plenty of natural light in.

We offer sheer curtains to suit any space, with our Designer Curtains, Curved Curtains and Box and Bay Curtains you can achieve a grand look for a great price.

You'll need some silicon spray for this one.

Open your curtains all the way, then apply a thin layer of silicon spray onto the tracks, especially where the pendants slide across. Take care not to spray your curtain fabric.

DO NOT machine wash your curtains - this will cause the fabric to shrink
Vacuum with a gentle bristle brush
Spot clean with no harsh chemicals
Annual professional dry clean

This can happen from time to time, and it's nothing to worry about.

If you just put up your new curtains, let them settle. With time the creases will just fall out, and warm weather helps too. Remember not to iron or steam them as it might damage the fabric.

If your curtains have lost their shape, you can easily refresh the S-Folds. Start by drawing your curtains open, then run your fingers from the top down to the bottom, guiding the fabric back into the neat S-folds created by the curtain heading. For best results, leave the curtains open for a couple of days so the fabric can relax and naturally fall back into place.

Yes — we always recommend ordering a sample before placing your order, as fabric colours can appear different in your home depending on lighting, wall colour, and flooring. Imagery is indicative only, and colours may vary in real life.

Please note: Warm-toned walls and flooring can make a fabric appear warmer in colour, whereas the same fabric paired with grey flooring and cool-toned walls may appear cooler in tone.
