My blind or curtain doesn't move when I use the Somfy Conexoon Hub app controls.

If you've followed this guide and your blinds or curtains won't move don't stress!

In the Connexoon app try editing or deleting and re-adding your blinds using this guide. To edit or delete a blind tap the menu then select Configuration. Next to your blind name you can edit or trash your blind. Once you've edited or re-added a blind or curtain you can try moving it again.
